Mary Beth is currently the Executive Director of the Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund, a defined benefit plan for Ohio's municipal public safety officers with $19 billion in assets. She previously served as General Counsel to OP&F since 2008. She began her career with the Ohio Attorney General as a trial lawyer specializing in labor, employment and constitutional matters. She was the Chief Labor Counsel and bargained on behalf of the Attorney General with Fraternal Order of Police and OCSEA/ AFSME units. Mary Beth also served as Fiduciary and Labor Counsel to the Auditor of State of Ohio and became the Deputy Chief Legal counsel to the Auditor.
